The online store sells products to individuals over 18 years of age. Product prices include VAT and are quoted in euros. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. Delivery of canvas prints to Finland, Sweden, and Åland is free of charge.

Ordering

Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart via an online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested during the order process will only be used for the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities, unless otherwise specified. When ordering from the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and commit to the currently valid terms and conditions.

You can also order products via email by contacting our customer service. If you order a product(s) via email, payment will be made by pre-invoice, which will be sent by email before the product is shipped. If you cannot find the product you want on our website, please contact our customer service – we strive to serve you according to your needs!

Payment and payment methods

The payment intermediary service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will include your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your possible customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs

The prices of canvas prints ordered to Finland, Sweden ja Äland include all delivery, packaging, and postage costs. Ordered canvas prints will be delivered to the customer's nearest post office where large packages can be delivered. Deliveries to countries other than those mentioned above: delivery costs will be added to the order based on the country. 

We reserve the right to change delivery costs.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for canvas prints to Finland, Åland, and Sweden is 14-21 days. We usually dispatch the prints from the supplier within a week, and delivery to the customer takes 7-14 business days. We will inform you immediately after ordering about any possible delays. You will receive the downloadable image via email within 24 hours of paying for the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store will inform about any exceptional delivery times on its website.

Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the receipt of the last batch of goods or, in the case of downloadable products, from the receipt of the order.

We do not accept returns and/or complaints more than 14 days after delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by email. You may use our printable return form, but it is not mandatory. Always contact us first before returning an item by email at asiakaspalvelu@lappiart.fi. Our customer service will provide instructions for returning the product. When making a return, remember to keep the receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. The returned goods must be in a saleable condition. The protective plastic on the print may be removed for quality assurance, but the print must not have any additional marks for us to resell it. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We do not refund the costs of returning the product unless it is a complaint. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning a non-defective product, while the supplier is responsible for the costs in the case of complaints. We do not accept returns sent by COD, postal package, or bus freight.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the item has become unusable due to handling, the customer is responsible for the full value of the item.

Unclaimed Package

Failure to collect a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For unclaimed packages that have not been separately canceled, we will charge for the delivery costs.

Problem Situations/Complaints

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days to the address mentioned in the Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy section or by calling the phone number provided in the contact details. The product can be returned after a complaint according to the instructions provided, and a new product will be delivered to the customer as soon as possible. In case of complaints, the supplier is responsible for the shipping costs and postal services are used for returning the product. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the post office and notify us at asiakaspalvelu@lappiart.fi.

Always make a notification of returning the product as well as canceling the purchase or in case of complaints by email (asiakaspalvelu@lappiart.fi) or phone (+358 40 - 591 2195) and follow the instructions you receive regarding the return.

The merchant takes full responsibility for any possible product returns and complaints.
